Participants learn the material by watching videos and reading materials, then demonstrate their learning by answering quiz questions.
Topics include: Legal Aspects of Coaching, Coaching Philosophy, Communication & Team Norms, Building Trust in Your Program, Advocating for Yourself & Your Team, Setting & Implementing Standards, and Social Emotional Supports for Young Adults
Upon successful completion, participants can download a certificate that shows the number of professional development hours earned. We highly recommend that dance professionals keep track of all professional development and certifications, including expiration dates, when applicable.
You must be an NDCA member in order to enroll in Coaching Credential Courses.
